İkas Akademi
First I mentored an e-commerce brand called İbahta. It started as a décor store selling a bit of everything and wasn’t growing; we narrowed the catalogue to a single vertical — moon lamps and light décor — rebuilt the content pipeline, and put in place a growth system where product, creative, marketing and ads all worked together. The result was ₺500,000 in sales over two months at a 20% net margin.
After that I ran the external setup of İkas Akademi end to end. Alongside driving the build I took on the marketing side: advertising management, communication with end users, and the processes around them.
What I built inside the academy has three parts: a fourteen-module video course — from brand identity and audience through creative production, the Meta ad stack and ad analysis; a chaptered, downloadable Growth PDF (financial model, positioning frameworks, an ad-testing system); and a day-by-day, trackable plan for taking a store to its first sales in 30 days. The İbahta case became the academy’s flagship example.
